1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rimorimo.agency and any services provided by Rimorimo Agency, owned and operated by Zacky Mubarok, located at 9534 Poplar Hill Dr, Crestwood, KY 40014. By using our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Rimorimo Agency provides social media strategy, content production, paid social management, community management, and related marketing services as described on our Site. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement between Rimorimo Agency and the client.

3. Client responsibilities

• Providing timely access to accounts, brand assets, and approvals needed to perform the work
• Reviewing and approving content prior to publishing where a review step applies
• Ensuring that materials provided to us (images, copy, claims about products or services) are accurate and that the client has the right to use them

4. Payment terms

Retainers and project fees are billed according to the schedule agreed in the applicable proposal or agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of services until accounts are brought current.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final content created specifically for their account. Rimorimo Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Term and termination

Engagements run on the term specified in the applicable agreement (commonly month-to-month after an initial period). Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer with written notice as specified in that agreement. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Disclaimer

Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-provided materials. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rimorimo Agency's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.
