Rimorimo Agency's services are billed as monthly retainers unless a different structure is agreed in writing. Because work begins immediately upon payment (strategy, planning, and content production), retainer payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
You may cancel an ongoing retainer at any time with written notice to Admin@Rimorimo.agency. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-month refunds are issued for time already billed.
For one-time projects (such as a single content sprint or campaign build), any deposit paid to begin work is non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, less any costs already incurred.
If you're not satisfied with a specific deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on revisions consistent with the scope of your agreement. Dissatisfaction with results driven by factors outside our control (platform changes, audience response, etc.) does not, on its own, entitle a client to a refund.
Paid social advertising budgets are separate from our management fee and are paid directly to the ad platform (e.g., Meta, TikTok). Ad spend is non-refundable through Rimorimo Agency once a campaign has been launched; any refund of ad spend is subject to the ad platform's own policies.
